Failed Presidential Candidate and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has just announced her next act, but this time it won’t involve politics…at least directly.
Instead of making another run for political office Clinton has set her eyes on attempting to write novels. Novels that, just coincidentally, tell the story of a female Secretary of State who heroically battles terrorists.
As The Daily Wire reports:
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is co-writing a political thriller about a fictitious Secretary of State who joins the cabinet of a political rival and fights terrorist attacks.
The book, which Clinton is writing with mystery novelist Jane Penny, is slated for an Oct. 12 release from Simon & Schuster and St. Martin’s Press, according to The Associated Press.
“The story follows a novice Secretary of State who has joined the administration of her rival, a president inaugurated after four years of American leadership that shrank from the world stage,” a press release from Simon & Schuster explained. “A series of terrorist attacks throws the global order into disarray, and the Secretary is tasked with assembling a team to unravel the deadly conspiracy, a scheme carefully designed to take advantage of an American government dangerously out of touch and out of power in the places where it counts the most.”
Clinton described the opportunity to write a book with Penny as “a dream come true,” adding that she has “relished every one of her books and their characters as well as her friendship. Now we’re joining our experiences to explore the complex world of high stakes diplomacy and treachery. All is not as it first appears.”
If Clinton is as good at being a spy novelist as she was at running for President, her publisher may be about to lose a significant amount of money.
Oh, I cannot freakin’ wait for that nail biter to come out.

I guess her radio interview show on the iHeart radio network fizzled: December 2020 I was astounded to hear her interviewing a no-name chef. No doubt it will be pulp fiction, not worth the cost of the ink to print it. I’m sure the “heroine” will do everything perfectly and any bad stuff happens will be someone else’s fault. Hopefully it will be stored on a server that gets wiped by some totally honest cloud provider so we will be spared the temptation to buy it just to burn it.
I have an idea for her 2nd book. How about a First Lady having an affair with a White House attorney named Sphinx Kloster whom is found dead in Forrt Marcy Park. It is pronounced a suicide and authoritues say he killed himself in the park. Note to armchair sleuths: there was no blood on the scene (so he bled out elsewhere), there were caroet fibers all over the corpse’s suit (dragged maybe?) and the “suicide” gun was found in the right hand of the left-handed victim.
