Joseph Biden
Joe Biden said he first met the Queen in 1982 in the United Kingdom when he traveled there with a Senate delegation. Last Summer, the Biden family took an oversees trip for their first time while in office where they met with the queen. He will have been the last of the US presidents to hold that title while meeting with Queen Elizabeth II.
