Breaking: NRSC Chairman Sen. Steve Daines Endorses Donald Trump

During an episode of “Triggered With Donald Trump Jr.”, a live stream show hosted by Don Jr. on the video-sharing platform Rumble, Senator Steve Daines, the head of the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), appeared as a guest. The appearance of Senator Daines came after Rep. Anna Paulina Luna was on the show. Senator Daines, who has been the Senator from Montana since 2015, took up the position of head of the NRSC during the 2020 election cycle. In this role, he oversaw the committee’s efforts to support Republican candidates in winning Senate seats across the United States.

Following a conversation shift toward the topic of elections, NRSC Chairman, Sen. Daines officially endorsed former President Donald Trump for the 2024 Presidential election.

Don Jr.: “There’s another big [election] a little bit near and dear and personal to me, but you have a presidential race in 2024. What are your thoughts there?”

Sen. Steve Daines: “Yeah, Don I got to tell you, the best four years I’ve had in the U.S. Senate is when President Trump was serving the Oval Office. You talk about results, we passed and he signed a lot of the greatest tax cuts in American history. We transformed the courts the Supreme Court, and the Circuit Courts. We passed the greatest conservation win in 50 years – the Great America outdoors act.”

“We had a country that was respected in strong, you know, Joe Biden has empowered and emboldened our adversaries by his weakness. He just shivers under his death during the day, and our adversaries now are getting increasingly bolder. And that’s very, very dangerous for the world. And he’s got one more thing that we got to finish up, and that is, let’s finish building the wall, and let’s finish securing our southern border to protect our communities. I’ll tell you, Don. Meth and fentanyl are destroying so many Montana communities.”

“And for these reasons and many others, I’m proud to endorse Donald J. Trump for President United States.”

Daines has been a supporter of Trump throughout much of Trump’s political career. Specifically, Daines has been a staunch supporter of Trump’s policies, including tax cuts, judicial nominations, and border security policies throughout Trump’s presidency. Daines’ endorsement of Trump is significant, as he is the head of the Senate Republicans’ campaign arm, the NRSC. Daines’ endorsement could influence other Republican senators to publicly endorse Trump in his upcoming 2024 Presidental election.
