Despite having a new job with a $174,000 annual salary, Ocasio-Cortez claims she can’t immediately afford the cost of living in Washington, D.C.
This is kind of pathetic, considering real estate prices in her native New York and that she’ll make three times as much as the average Hill staffer.
Her outfit from the page before would’ve covered a whole month of D.C. rent.
To be fair, the prices here are insane but come on… oh, maybe this why she wants wealth redistribution.
