The co-founder of Moms for Liberty, Tina Descovich, is fiercely challenging the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) after its outrageous labeling of the organization as a “hate group”. This audacious move by the SPLC, known for its far-left leanings, has effectively lumped a group of dedicated, patriotic mothers fighting for their children’s rights with the likes of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK).
Descovich did not mince her words on “Fox & Friends First,” sounding a rallying cry for mothers everywhere: “They are the hate group,” she declared, referring to the SPLC. “They are the ones putting targets on our backs. You don’t have to look very far.”
Drawing upon a chilling precedent set in 2012 when the SPLC’s labeling of the Family Research Council as a “hate group” led to an armed attack, Descovich underscored the palpable danger posed by such reckless labeling.
In the SPLC’s “Year In Hate and Extremism 2022” report, they audaciously equated Moms for Liberty with extremist groups, stoking fear and inciting violence against innocent mothers. Descovich revealed that, since the SPLC’s damaging label, they have been swamped with death threats. It’s a dire state of affairs, with mothers fighting for their children’s rights now living in fear for their safety.
But Descovich remains resolute and steadfast, vowing that these dedicated mothers won’t be silenced. “Our moms are joyful warriors,” she boldly asserted. “This hate map won’t stop us.”
Descovich went on to expose the SPLC’s undue influence on the Biden administration and their role in a targeted campaign to silence and discredit parents who dare to speak up. Their endgame? To maintain a stranglehold over the public education system and continue pushing a radical agenda unchecked.
Descovich wrapped up her impassioned plea with a warning that is sure to stir every mother into action: “They are threatened by moms that are organizing and speaking up against their agenda.”
Moms, it’s time to rise up, to fight for our rights, and to let the SPLC and other far-left entities know that we won’t be silenced, we won’t be intimidated, and we certainly won’t be stopped.
