While Senator Feinstein was on medical leave away from the Senate, the votes have been stalled. With her return, Biden’s corrupt agenda is being pushed forward. This includes liberal judicial nominees. The judicial nominees couldn’t have moved forward without the vote of Senator Feinstein.
The [judicial] committee approved six Biden judicial nominees on Thursday, three of them moving forward on a party-line vote, meaning Feinstein’s attendance was necessary for them to advance. Those party-line nominees were Charnelle Bjelkengren, nominated for the US court in Eastern District of Washington; S. Kato Crews, nominated for Colorado’s US district court; and Marian F. Gaston, a nominee for the US district court in the Southern District of California.
There was bipartisan support in the committee vote to advance Jeremy C. Daniel, a nominee for district court for the Northern District of Illinois; Brendan Abell Hurson, a nominee for Maryland’s US District court, and Darrel James Papillion, nominated for the district court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
The left has been growing frustrated with the absence of Sen. Feinstein. They had been calling for her to either retire or step down. But she returned only to say that she was instructed by her doctors to work a lighter schedule due to her shingles recovery. She was 90 minutes late for voting on these liberal judicial nominees, but she eventually showed up. When she showed up, Biden’s corrupt plan was pushed forward.
Senator Feinstein is set to retire at the end of the congressional session. She represents the deep blue state of California and it is becoming a crowded primary field.
How selfish of her. That old bat isn’t long for this world by any definition and for her to miss so much time and impede progress when so much needs to be done is just plain selfish of her. Retire and die already!
