Tucker Carlson plots attack on Fox News
According to Axios, sources close to Tucker Carlson have revealed that the conservative host is preparing to launch an attack on Fox News in an effort to persuade the network to allow him to work for or establish a right-wing rival. Carlson has been in a contract dispute with the network, which has offered him $20 million a year not to work. Carlson is reportedly busy plotting his own media empire, but he needs Fox to let him out of his contract, which expires in January 2025.

“Axios has learned that Carlson and Elon Musk had a conversation about working together, but didn’t discuss specifics,”

Several outlets, including Rumble, Valuetainment, and Newsmax, have reportedly contacted Carlson, offering to pay him more tahan his Fox contract. Carlson is said to be considering building a direct-to-consumer media outlet where his millions of fans could pay to watch him.

His confidants say he knows where a lot of “bodies are buried” and is ready to start drawing a map.
