The iconic actress Betty White has died at 99.

One of the most popular actors in Hollywood and a worldwide sensation passed away just shy of her 100th birthday.

White had a nearly 8-decade career and was known for monster roles in “The Golden Girls” and “The Mary Tyler Moore Show.”

Los Angeles police state they were called to a natural death investigation.

Sadly White recently gave an interview to People for this week’s issue celebrating what would have been her birthday and said that she was “in such good health.”

White won 8 Emmy Awards and held the record for the longest TV career of any entertainer.
