After Texas’ “Heartbeat” bill beat the odds and was not struck down by the Supreme Court, it took effect in the state and effectively ended most abortions in the Lone Star State.
Other state governors and legislators signaled that they would begin to implement laws similar to Texas’ in the coming months, while some states have already passed Heartbeat bills that withered in the courts or were struck down by lower courts.
Here are all the states that might enact Heartbeat bill, effectively ending abortion in their states:

I am CATHOLIC and love the Constitution. True to the teachings of the Church (not the human leadership, including the Pope), I do not support abortion. I am pro-gun for law-abiding citizens. Most politicians who call themselves Catholic follow their own misguided interpretation of Church teachings – notably Biden and Pelosi. I live in Arizona – finish the damn wall already. And, just who am I a traitor to if I do not support Roe vs. Wade? All people have freedom of expression (speech), per the Constitution. We all have the freedom (or used to, anyway) to have our own beliefs,
And, to equate Catholics with Muslims is majorly flawed. There are so many major differences in the religions. Educate yourself before ranting and raving.

The courts should uphold state abortion laws as a “right of states” precedent. If anyone in those states don’t like it, they can leave and move to a state that loves murdering babies. — The heartbeat bill doesn’t “outlaw” abortion – or returns the state to pre-Roe vs Wade status – as is wildly being claimed by our dear Marxist Democrats. — It simply means you have until the embryo develops a heartbeat to get your abortion. – If a woman claims she is totally unaware of her immediate hormonal changes that begins at conception – and then all the way to time the embryo develops a heartbeat, she is outright lying — or she’s so incredibly brain-dead, she should have her tubes tied so she doesn’t have to deal with it. Heartbeat bills effectively puts the clamps on lazy stupid people using abortion as their primary birth control – instead of practicing effective birth control at all times if they don’t want to give birth to another human.

I’ve listen to all of the arguements pro and con over abortion……and the common pro arguement is, this is about WOMEN’s HEALTH, and a WOMAN’S RIGHT to choose…….
the issue of when life begins and what constitutes MURDER is a big question……is it also a health issue with post partum depression, which seems fairly common, and then does that give a woman who is seriously depressed after giving birth the right to kill a one month old baby?…how is that a different argument?…seems if it is OK right up until before birth, it should also be ok right after birth……..so where would the cut off be…if the kid makes it to 6 months then, it cannot be terminated?……..where does a woman’s RIGHT TO CHOOSE END WHEN ANOTHER LIFE IS INVOLVED???????????????????
