The government of New Zealand is stepping up efforts to buy back its citizens firearms following a gunman’s attack on two mosques earlier this year.
The attack, while obviously horrifying, does not justify, excuse, or condone the knee-jerk totalitarian reaction to force law-abiding citizens to hand over so-called military-style assault weapons.
Meanwhile, gang bosses tell the press they won’t return their firearms.
What’s happening on the other side of the globe is precisely what Democrats want to happen in the United States.
