Insanely anti-Trump celebrity Bette Midler appears to have launched her own 2020 presidential campaign.
The outspoken Leftist changed her Twitter bio to read “Write-in candidate 2020! #BeBette.”
Midler has not responded to media questions about the announcement. While she’s tweeted favorably about several of the Democrat candidates, she has not formally endorsed any one of them.
The paranoid Midler’s Twitter account is a mix of left-wing conspiracy theories and lunatic statements. She’s been caught spreading faked Trump quotes and attacked Trump’s black supporters as paid actors hired to be his “blackground.”
“Washed up psycho @BetteMidler was forced to apologize for a statement she attributed to me that turned out to be totally fabricated by her in order to make ‘your great president’ look really bad,” Trump tweeted.

Midler and Trump have feuded publicly for years, with much of conflict playing out on Twitter.
“Back in 2012, before Trump formally entered the political arena, Midler dubbed the New York real estate developer the ‘architect of the ruination of the West Side’ on Twitter and said he ‘deserves to be held down and his hair cut off, or strapped to the roof of the car!,'” The Los Angeles Times reports.

“[email protected] talks about my hair but I’m not allowed to talk about her ugly face or body — so I won’t. Is this a double standard?” Trump responded on his Twitter account.

“While @BetteMidler is an extremely unattractive woman, I refuse to say that because I always insist on being politically correct,” Trump added.
