Dramatic courtroom video shows two brothers in Ohio lungeing at the man convicted of killing their mother. A sentencing hearing was held Thursday for Dale Williams, 62, who had previously pleaded guilty in the shooting death of Elizabeth Pledger-Stewart. Just as the victim’s daughter was about to make a statement, her brothers lept at Williams in an apparent attempt to attack him.
Anthony Dees and Jerome Stewart are being charged with assault and obstructing official business.
