Corsi filed his criminal complaint against the Office of Special Counsel because Mueller’s prosecutors allegedly told him if he accepted the plea he would not have to tell anyone, a blatant falsehood.
Corsi refused because it would be a felony charge if he did. He filed the complaint due to what he perceives is an abuse of power.
