Hillary Clinton must finally answer questions under oath regarding her email scandal.

U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan ruled Wednesday in favor of a lawsuit from Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog based in Washington, D.C.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton has long sought convincing answers from Clinton after submitting an evasive account regarding her private email server.

While the number of email-related questions the former Secretary of State must answer remains unclear, we now know she has 30 days to answer two critical questions about the set up of her personal email account.
