Election workers in Florida sprint towards a Thursday 3 p.m. deadline to finish a recount for the races for U.S. senator and governor. Meanwhile, members of Bikers for Trump (BFT) found evidence outside of the Broward Supervisor of Elections main office suggesting someone could have tampered with tens of thousands of ballots.
Naturally concerned, Christopher Cox, the founder and president of Bikers for Trump, retained the services of South Florida attorney Derek A. Schwartz. Mr. Schwartz has petitioned Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi (R) to investigate the potential ballot tampering in Broward County.
Here’s an excerpt of his letter dated November 13:
Since late last week, Mr. Cox, other BFT members, and concerned citizens have been leading peaceful demonstrations outside of the Broward Supervisor of Elections (the “BSOE”) main office in Lauderhill, Florida. Yesterday, while outside the BSOE office, Mr. Cox learned of 12 colored plastic zip tie tags that are each stamped with a seven digit serial code and the name “Intab” and three colored plastic zip tie tags that are each stamped with eight-digit serial code and with the name “C&S” (the “Tags”). The Tags were discovered by other citizens on the ground near the loading dock area outside of the BSOE building. According to Mr. Cox, the serial numbers on the Tags, in no particular order, are:

It is my client’s understanding and belief that these Tags may have been used by the BSOE to secure and seal ballot boxes and/or bags on the night of the election prior to transporting the ballots to the BSOE office. Based on where these Tags were found, my client believes these Tags were likely illegally removed from ballot boxes and bags prior to being delivered to the BSOE. Florida law, specifically Florida Statutes § 102.071, provides that ballot boxes and bags must be sealed by the election inspectors at the polls and shall remain sealed until delivered into the BSOE’s office. If these Tags were used to seal ballot boxes and bags and improperly removed, then the chain of custody of the ballots in the boxes and bags was broken and the ballots were subject to tampering and manipulation.
Respectfully, on behalf of all citizens of Broward County and the State of Florida, my client requests that you immediately determine and advise: (a) if any of the Tags were used to secure ballot boxes, ballot bags or anything that contained ballots; (b) who removed the Tags; (c) who authorized the removal of the Tags; (d) where were the Tags removed; (e) how many ballots are related to the Tags; (f) what do the serial numbers on the Tags correspond with; and (g) what polling locations did the Tags come from.
My client believes that each ballot box or bag can hold up to 2,500 ballots. Based on having 15 Tags, that could mean that approximately 37,500 ballots could have been tampered with.
Floridians cast over 8.2 million votes in the midterm elections. With the recount deadline looming, the Sunshine State’s two most populous counties have a combined total of roughly 1,500,000 ballots still waiting to go through the tallying machines.
In the U.S. Senate race, Republican Rick Scott leads by two-tenths of a percentage point – about 12,500 votes.
Republican Ron DeSantis has a slightly wider margin, 34,000 votes, in the race for the governor’s mansion.
