The confirmation battle for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh is over. The goal of some Democrats and their media counterparts, to make Kavanaugh so toxic he was unpalatable, failed.
It remains to be seen whether or not Republicans will enjoy a Brett bounce in the Midterms or if complacency following this victory will guarantee the Democrats return to power.
