A violent struggle in Baltimore (surprise, surprise) left one police officer in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and a thug off the streets for life (fingers crossed).
While two officers attempted to subdue the criminal, a fight broke out, and the suspect fired one round.
His partner, showing incredible restraint, used a taser to force the assailant to the ground and retrieve his pistol.
Police body cameras recorded the entire incident.
According to the Baltimore City Correctional Center, the suspect, Allen Hosea Johnson Jr. faces a slew of charges, including attempted murder.
