Two heavily-armed ISIS sympathizers, Elton Simpson and Nadir Scoofi, opened fire at the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas. The conference center was hosting an exhibit featuring cartoon images of Muhammad. The Islamic terrorists pulled up behind a police car and fired dozens of rounds into the vehicle point-blank. Garland Police Officer Gregory Stevens and Bruce Joiner, a security guard, leap out of their cruiser and wounded Simpson and Scoofi. Minutes later, a SWAT team killed the perpetrators.
