The so-called “Women’s March” is under fire once again for their blatantly leftist agenda. This time, for sending birthday wishes to a convicted cop killer.

“Happy birthday to the revolutionary #AssataShakur! Today’s #SignofResistance, in Assata’s honor, is by @Meloniousfunk,” said the Women’s March official Twitter account on Saturday, along with an illustration of the killer.

Assata Shakur, whose legal name is Joanne Chesimard, was a member of the far-left Black Liberation Army in the 1960s and 1970s. She was sentenced to life in prison for helping kill a white police officer, Werner Foerster, in 1977.

Shakur escaped from prison in 1979 and fled to Cuba, where she has been living since as a fugitive from justice. The FBI still lists her as a “domestic terrorist.”

The Women’s March first attracted controversy when they made it clear, from its earliest inception as a protest the day after President Trump’s inauguration, that they weren’t a march for all women—banning pro-life groups from joining their protest.

Since then, along with their hard-left founder Linda Sarsour, the Women’s March has been repeatedly lambasted for espousing radical fringe beliefs, like a birthday card for a cop killer who fled to Cuba.
