President Trump is keeping another campaign promise: taking on widespread voter fraud with a new executive order.

Trump’s latest order establishes the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity. The commission will be chaired by Vice President Mike Pence, with up to 15 members appointed by Trump himself.

The commission will study and then submit a report to Trump about the vulnerabilities in the voting system, like voter registration fraud—hoping to restore public confidence in democracy after a very polarizing presidential election.

Trump has long targeted voter fraud as major problem for the United States—starting with his insistence in one of the 2016 presidential debates that he wouldn’t concede an election loss until he confident the vote had been legitimate.

He also attracted attention when he claimed that “millions” of illegal immigrants may have voted in the 2016 election for Hillary Clinton—not enough to win her the White House, but enough to deny Trump a popular vote victory.
