Howard Dean has had a weird 2016, and it just got weirder.
The former yelping presidential candidate turned DNC chair lashed out Friday night after the FBI announced plans to reopen the Clinton investigation. Dean seemed to be doing his best to recreate his “yeaaargh!” moment via social media:

Got it? The FBI director, lauded by Democrats until he did what most people would consider the right thing in light of new evidence, is in league with Russia. This is insane, and Twitter reacted predictably:
