Another celebrity may be close to supporting Trump:
Actor and director Sylvester Stallone tells Variety he likes Donald Trump, though he isn’t sure about backing his presidential bid.
“I love Donald Trump,” Stallone said when asked about the GOP front-runner. “He’s a great Dickensian character. You know what I mean? There are certain people like Arnold [Schwarzenegger], Babe Ruth, that are bigger than life. But I don’t know how that translates [laughs] to running the world.”Stallone has been called a Republican for supporting Sen. John McCain for president in 2008, but told Variety, he’s not a member of the party.
Trump has captured the national imagination. Whether or not he captures the nomination remains to be seen.
