On Dec. 18, Musk Tweeted a poll asking, “Should I step down as head of Twitter?” Musk concluded by saying “I will abide by the results of this poll.” After losing the poll which amassed a total of over 17.5 million total votes, Musk would go on to lose by a margin of 57.5% to 42.5%.

On Dec 20, Musk updated Twitter users and informed everyone what his next role will be with Twitter, however, he’ll need to find someone “foolish enough” to want to fill Musk’s role as Twitter CEO.

On October 27, 2022, Elon Musk officially closed on his $44 billion deal to purchase Twitter. Yesterday, not even two months after taking the roll of Twitter CEO, Musk appears to be stepping down from his role of CEO. This comes following a poll conducted on Musk’s Twitter, where he would go on to the popular decision of his poll for whether he should step down as the CEO of Twitter.

After proposing a poll stating “Should I step down as head of Twitter?” Musk concluded by saying “I will abide by the results of this poll.”

Musk would go on to lose the poll that garnered over 17 million total votes by a margin of 57.5% to 42.5%.

  1. First, were all those voters verified as real? Second what fool will take the job. Third, Musk will be landing a man on the moon in a couple weeks. Priorities are in order, moon first. He released enough evidence of the criminality of by the doj, fbi, cia, cdc and a bunch of other Fed Orgs to lock them up for years. Good job Mr. Musk.

  4. I wonder if Mr. Musk had those votes checked to see if any of them were cast by bots — especially the ones who wanted him to resign.
