How does this make any sense? Regardless of your opinion on the issue, why is a raise to the minimum age to purchase tobacco products in the spending bill? This is completely insane, it is unacceptable that something like this is in the spending bill. It was not debated on the floor and now it will get jammed through Congress at lightning speed because no one reads bills like this!
