The IRS targeting scandal was another gem from the Obama administration that was marginalized by the mainstream media. In 2013 it was uncovered that the IRS was throttling documents and applications coming from conservative groups. The harassment and intimidation was substantial.
Of course, why would the media care? Their political allies weren’t being systematically targeted by the IRS.
