The California congressman spoke the second least of all the candidates to grace NBC’s dais and perhaps it was for the best. With lines like “We’re breaking up with Russia and making up with NATO.” and “I’m a congressman, but also a father of a 2-year-old and an infant. When I’m not changing diapers, I’m changing Washington. Most of the time, the diapers smell better,” even Democrats couldn’t help but roll their eyes.
