At a recent Senate hearing, Ted Cruz cited a report by Gizmodo that he “Trending” bar on Facebook is, for all intents and purposes, a joke.
Facebook uses algorithms to suppress conservative content about stories related to the Conservative Political Action Conference, Rand Paul, Mitt Romney, and numerous other examples.
They also force stories that aren’t “trending” into the slot, so that millions of users will pay attention to them.
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg defended the algorithms as if they were utterly impartial, but the reality is that liberals are doing everything in their power to control the news.
