Dakota Meyer was awarded the Medal of honor for his bravery in Afghanistan. While fighting the Taliban several servicemen were cut off from the rest of the group and Dakota fought to save his fellow soldiers valiantly. Myer and another Marine took a truck and rushed to the location of the soldiers. They made multiple trips back and forth rescuing the wounded, he killed several members of the Taliban during the trips. He eventually dismounted the truck and went to save more men, when he found their bodies he was forced into combat. He had to kill a member of the Taliban with a rock in order to escape.
