Democratic Senator Joe Manchin represents the second most pro-Trump state in America, at least by the president’s margin of victory on election night 2016.
Manchin’s vote didn’t come as a surprise, given his recent actions. When President Trump called for an end to abortions after babies can feel pain during his State of the Union address, Manchin stood and applauded.
