Congressman Meadows has the highest liberty score on this list at 95 percent. Meadows has been in Congress for five years and probably doesn’t have the necessary support to secure the position. That said, Meadows does have the power as the head of the Freedom Caucus to play kingmaker and in return possibly earn a plum committee assignment.
