Perhaps inspired by his Uncle Teddy’s infamous escapades, prosecutors charged William Smith with rape while staying at the family’s seaside estate in Palm Beach, Florida. The women in question claim she met William, along with then-Senator Ted Kennedy at a nightclub. Later, under the guise of giving her a tour of the mansion, William trapped and assaulted her. Other women came forth with similar experiences, but the entitled Kennedy nephew was acquitted.
