HOUSTON – A homeowner and Marine fought back after four teenagers tried to rob him at gunpoint, deputies said.
The four males walked up to the home in the 1800 block of Remington Springs Drive in northeast Harris County around 10:30 p.m. on Friday, deputies said. The homeowner was standing in the driveway with his garage door open when the teens ambushed him and held him at gunpoint, deputies said.
“One came alongside, through here, and next thing I knew I had a gun to the back of my head,” homeowner Alexander Borrego said. “They told me to get up, so, I stood up. My garage door was open so, my main concern was my family at that point.”
His wife and children were inside the house.
