Hollywood effectively exiled Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey following allegations he sexually harassed and assaulted at least a dozen young men.

Although criminal charges in one case were dropped last year, Spacey remains under investigation for alleged assaults in Los Angeles and London.

Now, we’ve learned that amid the intensifying scrutiny, two of Spacey’s accusers have died.

Linda Culkin, one of the first whistleblowers, died after a car hit her at a busy intersection in Quincy, Massachusetts on February 25.

Radar Online reports:

No charges were filed against the driver, who remained at the scene.

“Linda was one of the first to accuse Kevin Spacey of attacking young men, and I find it very odd that you don’t hear anything more about her accident — or about the person who hit her,” said Culkin’s cousin Cindy, 60. “It’s like it happened, and now there is nothing!”

Earlier today, we learned a second Spacey accuser recently died.

The Hollywood Reporter further reports:

An anonymous massage therapist who claims to have been sexually assaulted by Kevin Spacey has died, according to a notice filed in court by the actor’s attorneys.

Now, just a month after the parties came to a plan for proceeding in the suit that detailed prospective discovery and envisioned a seven- to 11-day trial, the plaintiff’s attorney has informed Spacey that the client “recently passed.”

A judge ruled the alleged victim, suing Spacey as “John Doe” could proceed anonymously in the case. There are no details yet on the circumstances of his death.

The suit could continue. However, the loss of the plaintiff would dramatically affect its litigation.
