A substitute teacher at Western Guilford Middle School in Guilford County was fired after a video surfaced of him body-slamming a student. The student’s mother shared the video on Facebook, adding the incident happened on Valentine’s Day, and that she wants justice. Jose Escudero, the student, told Fox8 in Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem that the altercation started over a box of chocolates.
