Fox News host Chris Wallace revealed on Fox News Sunday that a powerful Republican confided in him that there’s a 20% chance enough Senate Republicans will vote with Democrats to remove President Trump from office if he is impeached.

During an interview with acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney Sunday, Wallace questioned the Republican support for Trump in the upcoming impeachment battle.
After mentioning lack of Republican support for Trump’s recent actions in Syria, Wallace said, “I talked to a very well-connected Republican in Washington this week, somebody whose name you would know well, who says that if the House votes to impeach, and it gets to a trial in the Senate, there is now a 20% chance, he believes, obviously it’s just an estimate, now a 20% chance enough Republicans will vote with the Democrats to remove the president.”
Mulvaney called it “absurd,” then tried to move on to Syria.
“No, let’s deal with the issue of whether Republicans … you’re losing your support,” Wallace shot back.

If this would ever happen, this country is totally finished. I pray that this would never happen as I know of no-one who would want this to happen. Su re, there are some things maybe that individuals would disagree with but overall this President is the best President I have ever seen. The corruption from the Congress and other government departments is abhorrent and nothing I ever thought would be seen in this country. Killing babies, open borders, corrupt and lying media, corrupt and biased departments, selling out this country for personal gain, going against the Constitution, against Christians, and on and on is why our citizens are being abused and bilked by the “elite”. This President puts our citizens first and he himself gives his salary to different departments and charities. He puts America first. If you do not respect that I would say you are one of the ones who are bilking us and not looking out for and representing our views. For example, Congress and others in govt. do not have the same insurance we are mandated to have. They get the Cadillac plans which we pay for for life for them and their family. During this Covid-19 the House wants a raise. Are you kidding me? I am praying our Lord will heal this land and deal with this corruption.
Best President we’ve had for many years, that’s for certain! I love President Trump because he isn’t a career politician. And I believe he loves us back — that he truly cares about our country, our Constitution, and we the people! I’m not sure I’ve felt that since Reagan’s tenure. May God bless him, and may He see our great President and us through another four years of his good works for our country. As for Congress? They don’t even earn the money they currently make, and don’t work half the time. And they certainly aren’t working to make our country better. If you and I “performed” as they do, we would have been fired long ago! That holds for a lot of Republicans the same as it does for 95% of the Democrats.
i know this is an old article , but i would like to take this time to say , chris wallace is the biggest peice of shit at fox news and should be fired , and while they are at fire that so called judge . trump2020-2024
And I would like to take this time to say — AMEN, AMEN, AMEN, bart! Cannot imagine why Wallace even works for Fox News given his liberal tendencies and hatred for our President! Whenever I see his face come up, I either mute or just change the channel. But my question is — why do they repeat old articles like this? Maybe they’re also sick of the 24/7 “panicdemic” reporting!!
