In a resounding victory for American Action News, Senator Ted Cruz retweeted an original story detailing Facebook’s absurd rejection of a GOP candidate’s ad.
Cruz posted to his Twitter account, “@facebook rejects GOP candidate ad as ‘shocking & offensive,’ because ad says he’s ‘pro-life and pro Second Amendment.’ How many Americans do they consider ‘deplorable’? Why should FB have the power to censor half the country?”

The Senator from Texas has a point. Instead of training baristas at Starbucks to address their unconscious biases, consumers should demand Facebook improve their standing in conservative eyes. Facebook could take meaningful steps now to address the fact that a liberal echo chamber at their headquarters threatens to undermine our freedom of speech! But we won’t hold our breath.
