We follow politics just like you, and we wring our hands when Republicans seemingly stumble all over each other. However, we would be derelict in our duty, if we ignored the wisdom of the conservative activist Morton Blackwell who aptly said, “Remember, the other side has troubles too.”
Currently, the Democrats have the mainstream media blasting out the message that a “blue wave” is going to wash over Congress. If the president’s supporters stay home, that’s true.
While some Democrats may be measuring the drapes in the Speaker’s office, there are significant problems that could stop their momentum cold. Already, mounting troubles are hurting their diminishing chances.
