Marc Lamont Hill is a liberal commentator who was once a fixture of Fox debates. He got into a very public feud with David Horowitz over Hill’s remarks defending cop killers like Assata Shakur, who murdered a New Jersey State Trooper in the 1970s, before escaping from prison and fleeing to Cuba. The late Roger Ailes confirmed Hill’s firing after negative attention from his views came up in a Fox shareholder’s meeting.
