Retired Air Force General Thomas McInerney took some serious flak for calling McCain “Songbird John” about his time in captivity during the Vietnam war, saying that the communists proved again torture works. While the host, Charles Payne, and the General have since apologized, a Fox spokeswoman said Friday that McInerney would no longer be allowed on the network.
