Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) has been confused a great deal lately, but aside from thinking MS-13 gang members have “that spark of divinity,” she’s now associating Republicans with the other extreme.
From the Daily Caller:
When asked if she had talked with Speaker of the House Paul Ryan about coming together over a bipartisan immigration bill, Pelosi said, “They have never been interested. Sometimes you all repeat it — that it’s a compromise,” Pelosi added, “but it’s not a compromise.” She continued, “It may be a compromise with the devil, but it’s not a compromise with the Democrats in terms of what they have in their bill.”
“Their bills are anti-family, perpetuate child detention, undermine existing protections [and] cut off many people who have been waiting lawfully to enter the country,” Pelosi said of Republican bills. Rep. Bob Goodlatte’s immigration bill was declined Thursday, which complied with many of the issues President Trump was willing to sign into law if an immigration bill was brought to his desk.
She might be calling President Trump, Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) or Rep. Goodlatte (R-Va.) the devil, we’re not sure. All we know is that Republicans are apparently Satan, and the House Minority Leader needs help. We’re not sure what sort, but she needs it.
