Bruce Turkel, an entrepreneur and author with over 400 appearances on Fox News and Fox Business says he will no longer appear on either over the networks’ coverage of President Trump’s immigration policy. (The Hill)

In an open letter to the network posted on his LinkedIn page, Turkel says Fox News’s “heinous” coverage of the separation of migrant families is the reason he’s leaving.

“Your network has been very very good to me. The 400 plus appearances I’ve made on Fox News and Fox Business have helped me generate lots of keynote speaking appearances and helped me sell a bunch of books,” Turkel writes. “All of that being said, I also have to say I can no longer appear on the Fox network. I quit.”

Turkel lists Ann Coulter’s “child actors” comment and Sean Hannity’s “rolling invasion” comment on child separation as examples of poor coverage by Fox News.

“Accepting that this misguided policy is wrong doesn’t depend on which side of the political aisle you’re on,” he continued. “It doesn’t matter if you support immigration and immigrants or if you don’t. And it doesn’t matter if you believe the law — or the Bible — gives our government the right to do what they’re doing or not.”

He added that despite having past misgivings with Fox’s coverage this latest controversy was a bridge too far.

  1. Buh-bye, Brucie! If you can’t stand the heat (translated into truth), time to get out of the kitchen. Good riddance, and don’t let the door hit you on the way out. I hear CNN may be looking for help!!!

  2. This guy is worthless and does not understand the law. If you break the law you will be separated from your family. I guess the idiots on the left want the families to go to jail as well. What a moron. Glad he is gone. Now you can hire someone with some common sense. Next To go should be Juan as he is as dumb as the rest.

  3. Again we have another who thinks he knows the facts and gets it wrong. one would think that if he worked for fox he would listen to the others that produce the news and actually put forth effort to publish the facts. do they always get it right? NO but they do have the highest rate for correct data. I find it amazing when people that are expert in a very small niche of life become experts on everything else.———–Grampa
