Three CNN investigative journalists left the network after running a story claiming Scaramucci had met a Russian hedge fund manager, this was false, and they used an anonymous source for the story. What seemed like a purposefully false story was used by the network to attack Trump, too bad for CNN this “smoking gun” was a dud like every other attempted hit piece they’ve used against the president.
