Somehow, Democrats went from John F. Kennedy, a man who loved the Second Amendment, to today’s party dead set on banning firearms altogether. The misleading term that is thrown around by progressive politicians and their enablers in the liberal media is “Assault Weapon.” It’s all colorful language designed to trick voters into thinking their conservative neighbors possess machine guns. The reality is these semi-automatic firearms are only as dangerous as the person holding them.
