Charles Ng and his accomplice went on a murderous rampage that ultimately cost 11 people their lives. Two of them were babies. Charles started by stealing cars. But that wasn’t enough, he had to kill people even after they relinquished their vehicles. Ng would go on to abuse, rape, and torture women all while videotaping them. He reportedly considered the two babies murdered by his hand, collateral damage and nothing more. All of his female victims were held for lengthy periods of time before this wretched animal disposed of them.
