Phil Scott of Vermont is eschewing pro-Kavanaugh sentiments. The Republican governor in the dark blue Green Mountain State has reiterated that he refuses to publicly support Kavanaugh because the nomination politics needs to be devoid of politics, to ensure its impartiality.
