MSNBC mouthpiece Chris Hayes invited meteorologist, and apparent NeverTrumper, Eric Holthaus to claim global warming makes hurricanes worse (a claim debated in scientific journals). Regardless, Holthaus put the blame for this purported phenomena squarely on President Trump.
“We have a president that is denying the impacts of, you know, this hurricane season last year and this year and actively making the problem worse by, you know, not addressing this root cause of worsening storms,” Holthaus proclaimed.
