Liberal filmmaker Michael Moore expressed conflicting emotions about the midterm elections today on “Morning Joe.”
Although not immune to ad hominem attacks, Moore told the panel why he believes none of the Democratic Party’s 2020 frontrunners have a prayer against President Trump.
WATCH:
Moore – who predicted Trump’s path to victory through the Rust Belt – pushed back aggressively against co-host Mika Brzezinski’s suggestion California Senator Kamala Harris could win the White House.
“Love her, no. No!” Moore blurted out. Adding that Democrats couldn’t win with a politician, but would have to nominate a “beloved American” like Michelle Obama or Miracle on the Hudson pilot ‘Sully’ Sullenberger.
To the filmmaker’s credit, he doesn’t underestimate the president’s ability to read a room or brand his opponents with devastating effect.
