Still, it’s shocking he’d forget the existence of one of his competitors, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA). In a testy exchange with New Jersey Democrat Cory Booker, Biden claimed he received the endorsement of the only “African-American woman that’s ever been elected to the United States Senate.”
Harris – also a black woman – was standing a few feet away.
