Homelessness in California is no joke, there are tent cities on the streets full of those with no home to go to. Why California? A lot of the homeless in California stem from the entitlements and benefits that the state offers to those who are homeless. The state makes this worse though, the crippling taxes and lack of jobs leaves many on the street, they have no other place to go after that.
