Barack Obama’s former Attorney General has passed on mounting a presidential bid. Instead, Holder is focusing his efforts next cycle on congressional redistricting by targeting gerrymandering in GOP-controlled states.
So far, there’s no word if Holder plans to fight Democratic Party efforts to eradicate Republican-leaning districts in blue states like Illinois and Maryland.
